We know how excited you will be to pick up your new bundle of puppy-love so we will strive to make it as smooth a process as possible.

Your balance (the total purchase fee minus the non-refundable reservation fee) will be due the day you pick out your puppy if you have not paid electronically in advance -- GO HOME DAY -- which occurs at the 10th week of the puppy's life (Tier II Clients will pick out on this day as well, but the puppy will not go home with them). The 1st 30 minutes of your 45 minute Go-Home Appointment will be picking out your puppy from available pups, then the final 15 minutes we will spend finalizing payment (if you haven't paid in advance) as well as having you sign up for the no cost/no commitment 30 Days of Trupanion Pet Health Insurance. Then we will explain your Swag Bag contents and finally, take your picture with your new Furry Family Member. **If paying with Zelle or PayPal, you must complete your payment 10 days prior to Go-Home. You must check with your bank in advance to determine what their rules are regarding Zelle -- some have daily/weekly/monthly maximums. Puppies must be paid for in full with cash or the payment must be no longer pending in our account for the puppy to leave property.

**If using PayPal or Zelle for Final Payment:

PayPay Incurs a 4% transaction fee AND MUST BE PAID 2 weeks PRIOR TO Go-Home to ensure we receive your payment in full into our account prior to Go-Home.

Zelle payments MUST BE MADE TEN (10) Days Prior to Go-Home to ensure the deposit has hard-hit our account.

LOCAL PICK-UP IN CYPRESS, TX:

We offer local pick up at our home in Cypress, Tx. Upon pick up of your pup, you will receive a snuggle toy with momma's scent on it along with a blanket with the scent of the littermates on it. You will also receive a folder with the vaccination record, microchipping information, deworming schedule, instructions on completing registration with GANA (we pay for a portion of the registration when we register the litter with GANA), and a copy of "Going Home With Your Puppy" instructions/helpful hints. 

Your puppy will be microchipped already and the information on how to register your pup's microchip will be included in the folder as well.

HAND DELIVERY BY AIR:

We utilize our own family members as flight nannies because we do not trust anyone other than our own family to transport our precious puppies to their new families. To cover the cost of preparation prior to flight, time to drive to and from the airport, parking fees at the airport, time waiting after check in and prior to flight, in-cabin pet reservation fee, round trip airfare, airline approved pet carrier, pet pads for puppy pottying and pet carrier protection, and delivery to our client at their airport of choice within the CONTIGUOUS United States is a minimum of $800.00 (eight hundred dollars). This fee could increase depending on specific desired day of flight by client/plane ticket costs that are on the rise currently. But the client will need to count on a minimum of $800. The Client may fly themselves to pick up their puppy or contract with an outside Flight Nanny Service that the client arranges all on their own -- but we do not recommend any so that will be 100% the client's financial and overall responsibility. Doodles Of Cypress or any representative thereof is NOT responsible for any other air-fare mode of delivery other than when we delivery ourselves. Our air transportation fee is non-refundable.

Puppies that we will be flying to you must be paid for in full by week 4, as to allow us time to arrange flights, secure the in-flight pet cabin reservation, and arrange our lives to accommodate travel.

We will also gladly meet you at Bush Intercontinental with your puppy should you fly in to pick up your pup. You are always welcome to arrange a trusted member of your family or friend-group to travel to us via car or air if you are not able to come yourself. Be wary of using nanny services that you do not personally know. We have heard horror stories of puppies being stolen or injured under such circumstances. Doodles of Cypress is NOT held liable for your puppy's travel experience once you or your nanny service takes possession of your puppy.

DELIVERY BY VEHICLE:

Depending on where you live, we may be able to arrange us to deliver your puppy to you by vehicle. There are limits to how far we can drive, so this would be determined on a case by case basis. Delivery cost would be determined by how far the drive is for us. Fee is agreed upon on a case by case basis and prior to delivery. Puppies that are delivered must be paid for in full before we leave property with your puppy to meet you.

Puppy Pick on Go-Home Day for puppies transported (i.e. Client is not physically present for Go-Home Day; puppies are driven or flown to client):

Puppy Pick for pups that will be flown or transported (i.e. the client is not there in person on Go-Home Day) will be done just as other puppy pick appointments on Go-Home day in that they are done in the order in which reservation fees were placed. We will pull your short list of puppies as you direct us to and live-feed the interaction so you are able to make the choice yourself. As always, we are always here to help our clients choose wisely based off of information we have gathered from the clients regarding home environment and lifestyle.

DELIVERY TO TRAINER POST GO-HOME:

We are excited to partner with several Post-Go-Home Puppy Manners Board & Train programs who are able to handle and protect Under-Vaccinated Puppies:

-Serenity Kennels

-Sammye's Dogs

-Alex with Capital City Dog Trainer

We charge an additional $50 Delivery Fee to Serenity or Sammye's Dogs. Delivery to Alex is an additional cost of $100 delivery fee as it requires us to drive to Dallas. We prefer you deliver yourself so you will be familiar with the location of the trainer and also get to meet them/their staff in person prior to leaving your puppy. But we realize sometimes vacations which are planned a year or more in advance may conflict with your puppy's Go-Home Date, so we are happy to help in these situations where absolutely necessary.
