Waitlist and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee Information

 

We will let families choose their puppies in the order that the non-refundable reservation fees were received.


 *We always reserve 1st and 2nd picks for our program, although we may not always utilize our spots. 


Puppies will be chosen on GO-HOME Day (approximately 10 weeks of age). 


We will take photos and/or videos each week so you can follow along as the puppies grow and change. 


Reservation fees are not taken on specific puppies, for specific genders, or specific colors. Instead, we help clients utilize the Temperament Evaluations we perform and video at 8 to 9 weeks to create a puppy "Short List" that includes at least 3 to 4 puppies that they feel, based off of the results of the puppies' Temperament Evaluations, would be great matches for their home and lifestyle. 


Those "Short List" puppies are then pulled from the litter on Go-Home day and the client gets to interact with them during their Puppy Pick appointment (30 minutes long). The client uses the knowledge of temperament evaluations coupled with their in-person experience to choose the best puppy for them. **We also transport puppies all over the United States for clients, so if they cannot be in-person for Go-Home Day, we will do a video call where they are able to see the puppies interacting with people and make their pick remotely.


THIS is the BAB and Doodles Of Cypress Difference -- we work with clients to assist in matching them with puppies according to client lifestyle and puppy temperament to create more predictable and better outcomes for the life of the puppy and the family they are joining. We DO NOT choose puppies for clients, that is ultimately the client's decision, but we will interject valuable information into the process.


Your Reservation Fee is a commitment to purchase a puppy from us and we are committing to helping match you with the just-right puppy for you, but ultimately, our clients make their own choice from the puppies available to them at the time of Puppy Pick.


**For ALL payments (reservation fees and final payments) we accept Cash and Zelle. If you require to use your credit card, we can process through PayPal, HOWEVER, there will be a 4% additional fee for each transaction processed through PayPal** Payments made through Zelle or PayPal must be completed 10 days prior to the 10 Week Go-Home Day.


We utilize a Rolling Waitlist.


Sometimes you are not ready for your puppy to come home when a puppy becomes available in your waitlist spot. That's okay. We want you to get the puppy that is right for you at the right time FOR you. If you choose not to use your spot on the waiting list, you will be bumped to the next applicable litter that fits your desired type of pup. **CLIENTS ARE ABLE TO ROLL TO ANOTHER LIST ONCE. AFTER THEIR FIRST ROLL OVER, THE CLIENT'S RESERVATION FEE WILL BE HELD UNTIL THEY ARE READY TO PURCHASE A PUPPY, BUT THEY WILL HAVE TO CONTACT DOODLES OF CYPRESS TO RE-ESTABLISH A PICKING SPOT ON A WAITLIST. AGAIN, WE WILL HOLD YOUR NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATION FEE AS LONG AS YOU WOULD LIKE, BUT YOU WILL ONLY BE ROLLED ONCE. Again, the Reservation Fee is non-refundable. When you pay the Reservation Fee, you are committing to purchasing a puppy from us. Please keep in mind that if you choose to wait to get back on a list for several litters, the price of the puppy may have increased in that time, and you will be responsible for purchasing the puppy at that current price, which may be greater than when you initially placed your Reservation Fee.


The reason for this policy is that we do NOT breed a pair until we have enough spots on a planned litter reserved. In doing this, we are not breeding a dog, simply to produce puppies, but are instead in keeping with the BAB OATH that states that all litters are planned, and ensures our puppies have homes waiting for them. THIS IS RESPONSIBLE BREEDING. We encourage you to support a program like ours, instead of investing in a program that breeds a dog simply because she has come into heat, which is absolutely irresponsible and NOT DOG HONORING.


Non-Refundable Reservation Fee: $400.00


Pricing Breakdown:


--ALL PUPPIES are $3100 OR $3800 (Depending on which Tier Program you choose -- see Pricing Tab). The Reservation fee is $400 (fully applicable to balance). $2700 will be due at or before the 10 Week GO-Home Day.


We accept Cash and Zelle, but do not accept checks. If you require using your credit card, we can process payment through PayPal, however there will be an additional 4% fee included on any transaction processed through PayPal. Indicate in your communication which mom you would prefer to get a puppy from. Payments made with Zelle or PayPal require to be made in full 10 days prior to Go-Home in order to process them fully. Puppies cannot leave property unless paid for in cash at time of Go-Home or payment has been electronically processed and in our account.


Steps to placing a reservation fee:

1. Reach out to find more information, via text, phone, or email. We recommend everyone reads our website thoroughly first along with our contract.

2. If serious then we will send a client interest form (Google Form) to be completed by potential client.

3. Once Interest Form is completed, an appointment for a virtual call is scheduled. If at the conclusion of the call both potential client and we feel that we are good fits for one another, we will invite the client to place a non-refundable reservation fee with us via Zelle. Potential clients should already be on board to work with us prior to the Virtual call as it takes between and hour to an hour and a half to complete and requires prep on our part. We are happy to answer as many questions as you have via phone, email, text PRIOR to deciding to move forward with the Client Interest Form and Virtual Call.


Please remember that we do not have control of when our females get pregnant... these are estimated times and may change a little! All lists are filled in order of receipt of non-refundable reservation fees. In the event that a litter is born with not enough puppies for the families on that list, families lower on the list (without puppies available) will be moved to the next litter and placed according to non-refundable reservation fee dates.
